Salted Caramel Mermaid Tail Cupcakes

I followed Rosanna Pansino's Mermaid Tail Cupcake recipe. Some things I learned are don't make the fondant to big or otherwise it won't stand up on the cupcake, and this recipe is really sweet so I actually would eat it without the frosting and fondant. Somethings I like about this recipe is it's easy to make the batter, and it's also very easy to scoop the batter into the cupcake liners because of how thick the texture is. The texture is more thick so it's more of a muffin than a cupcake it's also a really moist cupcake. I would really recommend this recipe the texture and taste is delightful. Enjoy.
