I used the same rainbow swirl cupcakes as my post yesterday and colored some buttercream frosting yellow. Then I cut some flexible straws in half stuck it in the cupcake and put a candy fruit slice on the side to make it look like a glass of lemonade. To make it extra fancy you can put Lemonade Kool Aid in the frosting.
