This is just a chocolate box cake and dyed buttercream. I have a doll cake decorating kit butI made a mistake and a plate that keeps the batter from pouring out the bottom got stuck inside the cake! It still tastes good though. So I made a periwinkle colored frosting and created little ruffles using the smallest star tip I had. Then I used a larger star tip put some extra sunflower colored frosting I had and made stripes for the top of the dress!
