Recipe 3/52: Oat Flour Pizza Crust

I am not a big fan of pizza, but my family was enjoying a pizza night. My family just had frozen pizzas. I am new too gluten free foods. I did not have any gluten free frozen pizzas at the time, so I made my own pizza crust. 
This was very quick and easy to make. I really appreciate that especially on a relaxing Friday night.  This pizza crust had to go in the oven for about 7 minutes before putting the toppings on for it to be fully cooked. That doesn’t bug me but I know that some people prefer to get it all done and wait for the pizza to be done. 

I don’t think it had to much flavor but the smell was very garlicky. The texture was a little on the dry side but very similar to a gluten pizza crust.
